1. SHIPPING MiMo ships to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or freight forwarders.

Rates:

  • Orders over $250: Complimentary Ground Shipping.

  • Orders under $250: Calculated at checkout based on item type (Standard vs. Lightweight).

  • Expedited: Expedited (3-Day) shipping is available at checkout.

Timing: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the following business day. Ground shipments typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.

LIABILITY Miami Moto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Bespoke & Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our process, all bespoke garments, made-to-measure items, and personalized products are Final Sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-Wear: For standard items (accessories, hats, stock apparel), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The client is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return: To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us at info@miamimoto.com. We will provide instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged Goods: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
